Terms of Use
Last updated June 2026
By using CuePilot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
CuePilot lets you automate your Tesla's cabin climate based on schedules and conditions you configure. It works through Tesla's official Fleet API using access you grant.
Your responsibilities
- You must own or be authorized to control the vehicle you connect.
- You're responsible for your account credentials and the schedules you create.
- You're responsible for any energy/battery use resulting from automations you enable.
No guarantee of operation
CuePilot depends on third-party systems (Tesla's API, your vehicle's connectivity and firmware, and network availability). We do not guarantee that any pre-conditioning or command will run at a particular time or at all, and we are not liable for a missed pre-condition, a hot or cold cabin, spoiled items, or battery depletion.
Plans & billing
Some features require a paid plan. Tesla's Fleet API usage is billed by Tesla to the operator; your subscription covers the service and its costs. Plan details and pricing are shown in the app.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CuePilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Trademarks
Tesla is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. CuePilot is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or suspend the service. You may stop using CuePilot and delete your account at any time.
